<strong>sleepers<\/strong> in 9 months for <strong>Section 3<\/strong> of the <strong>Maya Train<\/strong>, <strong>Construcciones Urales<\/strong> is manufacturing 300,000 more for <strong>Line K<\/strong> <strong>of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Railway (FIT)<\/strong>, breaking the <strong>daily production record<\/strong> by 1,535 units.<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>state-of-the-art automated factory<\/strong> has a carousel production capacity of up to 1,600 sleepers\/day and is equipped with the following systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prestressing cast.<\/li>\n<li>Temperature-controlled steam curing chamber.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical system for assistance and control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also has a concrete plant with a capacity of 40 m3\/hour, well above average (11.2 m<sup>3<\/sup>).<\/p>\n<p>Construcciones Urales has designed and built the facilities, which expand across over 1,400 m<sup>2<\/sup> and is responsible for its 24\/7 operation, employing more than 70 workers from the region.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, our commitment to <strong>innovation<\/strong> and <strong>efficiency<\/strong> is reinforced, contributing significantly to the development of railroads
