data-contrast=\"auto\"> led the<strong> structural reinforcement works<\/strong> that have been carried out in Chamart\u00edn, under the urban square and the vestibule, on tracks 1 to 4 and platforms 1 to 3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These\u00a0<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">consist<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of:<\/span><span existing prefabricated slab of PI beams, which form the current station, for subsequent sealing and injection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The reinforcement of the existing porticoes with vertical and horizontal anchors, as well as the placement of carbon fibres.<\/li>\n<li>The application of vermiculite throughout the structure to protect against fire and an anti-corrosion inhibitor to preserve the gantries.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Ispalv\u00eda<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>,<\/strong> Grupo <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Azvi&#8217;s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> railway electrification subsidiary, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">was <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in charge of replacing the <strong>catenary<\/strong> of Slab\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Azvi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> has also successfully completed the concreting of the taxi slab, an outstanding project that forms part of the extension to the east of the station&#8217;s urban square.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This project was a highly complex technical challenge, which was carried out <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in 24 hour <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">shifts, seven days a week <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">over a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">continuous\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 1 year<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 7 month<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> period <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, and included the following work units<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><span m3 of concrete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>35 pile caps, with 418 tonnes of steel and 2,330 m3 of concrete.<\/li>\n<li>38 piers, comprising 164 tonnes of steel and 750 m3 of concrete.<\/li>\n<li>6 lightened slabs, with 835 m3 of <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Porexpan<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, 435 t of steel and 2,830 m3 of concrete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>3 compression slabs, with 60 t of steel and 250 m3 of concrete.<\/li>\n<li>930 m of prefabricated beams.<\/li>\n<li>1,700 m of <span data-contrast=\"auto\">micropiles<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> with diameters of 225 and 300 mm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>140 tonnes of reinforcing steel for portal frames, including pile caps, columns and box girders.<\/li>\n<li>18 tonnes of temporary bolted reinforcing steel in trusses.<span
