This is the most sophisticated <strong>sleeper production plant<\/strong> in the Americas, with a production capacity of 1,600 concrete ties \/day.<\/p>\n<p>Designed, built and operated by Construcciones Urales, the plant is an automated factory with a carousel production system. It is equipped with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A pre-stressed system to combat mould, with riveted wire and anchor plates.<\/li>\n<li>A curing system with steam chamber and controlled temperature.<\/li>\n<li>A concrete plant for exclusive use with a capacity of 1 m3 every 3 min.<\/li>\n<li>The electrical system is connected online for assistance and control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The concrete tie factory will supply around 400,000 of these sleepers to section 3 of the Maya Train.<\/p>\n<p>Great work!
