{"id":15347,"date":"2022-08-31T11:58:33","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T09:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/cupisa-comienza-las-cimentaciones-del-tramo-3-del-tren-maya\/"},"modified":"2025-11-04T12:02:01","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T10:02:01","slug":"cupisa-begins-foundation-works-for-section-3-of-the-tren-maya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/en\/cupisa-begins-foundation-works-for-section-3-of-the-tren-maya\/","title":{"rendered":"Cupisa begins foundation works for Section 3 of the Tren Maya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"98\" data-end=\"328\"><strong data-start=\"98\" data-end=\"154\">Cupisa (Construcciones Urales Procesos Industriales)<\/strong> has started the <strong data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"198\">electromechanical works<\/strong> for <strong data-start=\"203\" data-end=\"233\">Section 3 of the Tren Maya<\/strong>, between <strong data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"265\">Calkin\u00ed and Izamal<\/strong>, beginning with the <strong data-start=\"286\" data-end=\"325\">foundations for the catenary system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"581\">The <strong data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"348\">Grupo Azvi<\/strong> company, which develops and executes <strong data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"437\">electrical and mechanical installation projects<\/strong> in Mexico\u2019s industrial sector, will carry out <strong data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"505\">3,548 foundations<\/strong> along the <strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"525\">60 km<\/strong> that make up the electrified portion of this section.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"606\">The project involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"670\">Using <strong data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"667\">more than 10,000 m\u00b3 of reinforced concrete HA-25<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"793\">Installing <strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"699\">2,366 poles<\/strong>, ranging in height from <strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"745\">9.45 m to 12.45 m<\/strong>, along with <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"790\">173 self-supporting gantries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"883\">Laying <strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"827\">over 750 km of cable<\/strong> for power supply, contact wire, and grounding system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"985\">The chosen electrification solution is the <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"953\">C-350 catenary system<\/strong>, whose main features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1145\"><strong data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1019\">Single compensated catenary<\/strong> composed of a messenger wire with a contact wire, equipotential droppers, and a negative feeder, tensioned in all profiles.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1266\"><strong data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1179\">Vertical polygonal geometry<\/strong> with offset and automatic independent regulation of the messenger and contact wires.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1328\"><strong data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1294\">Current return system<\/strong> using an overhead return cable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1414\"><strong data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1363\">Overhead contact line system<\/strong> with swivel brackets, poles, and rigid gantries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/s32VJ0t8_PE&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Cupisa (Construcciones Urales Procesos Industriales) has started the electromechanical works for Section 3 of the Tren Maya, between Calkin\u00ed and Izamal, beginning with the foundations for the catenary system.
