This key project for the treatment ofwaste water in the area depends on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/organismos\/agriculturapescaaguaydesarrollorural.html\">Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing, Water and Rural Development.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The project\u2019s main actions include the construction of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An effluent grouping system, including nine pumping stations and more than 17 km of gravity and pressure pipelines .<\/li>\n<li>A 12,329 m2 treatment plant, designed to handle waste water from 23,350 residents, capable of treating a daily flow of 3,458.64 m3 before discharging the water into the Guadalmaz\u00e1n stream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The design of the La Carlota WWTP stands out for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possibility of future expansions.<\/li>\n<li>Efficient management with advanced deodorisation, safety and gas monitoring systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We continue to take steps towards a more responsible future, making the
