{"id":17922,"date":"2025-03-11T17:27:02","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T16:27:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/?p=17922"},"modified":"2025-03-11T17:27:02","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T16:27:02","slug":"azvi-is-awarded-the-valencina-salteras-section-of-the-se-40-highway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/en\/azvi-is-awarded-the-valencina-salteras-section-of-the-se-40-highway\/","title":{"rendered":"Azvi is awarded the Valencina-Salteras section of the SE-40 highway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Azvi<\/strong> will build, in partnership with Mart\u00edn Casillas, the 8.4 km section of the <strong>SE-40<\/strong> between <strong>Valencina (A-8077 junction)<\/strong> and <strong>Salteras (A-66 junction)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are proud to continue working towards improved <strong>mobility<\/strong> in the metropolitan area of <strong>Sevilla<\/strong> with this project awarded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportes.gob.es\/el-ministerio\/sala-de-prensa\/noticias\/lun-10032025-1243\">Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We will be executing a dual carriageway with three 3.5-metre lanes in each direction, a 2.5-metre outer shoulder, a 1-metre inner shoulder and a median. Works include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A 129-metres long, and 22-metres high viaduct.<\/li>\n<li>Six underpasses and five overpasses.<\/li>\n<li>A 15-metre-long structure designed to span the junction with the N-630 road.<\/li>\n<li>Junction with the A-66.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Smoother traffic, fewer traffic jams: the SE-40 will alleviate congestion on the <strong>SE-30<\/strong>, reduce travel times and optimise the connection between municipalities, boosting economic activity and quality of life in the the Sevilla metropolitan area.<\/p>\n<p><a
