Aranjuez will be equipped with cutting edge technology and increased capacity to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance\u00a0operations.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project includes the construction of: <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Three indoor tracks in the 210 m maintenance hall accommodating trains up to 200 m in length. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Operational parking tracks with capacity for ten 200-metre trains and two 100-metre trains. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>One turntable track, a loading and unloading track and a track for washing trains. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Technical platforms, industrial equipment (bogies, track lifts, lifting systems, etc.) and control centre. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Catenary system installation. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>A<span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 19 m overpass above Adif\u2019s tracks to ensure accessibility without disrupting rail traffic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>An access roundabout and road link with Paseo del Deleite.<span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The facility\u2019s direct connection to the C-3 line of Cercan\u00edas Madrid will optimise the flow of trains entering and leaving the station, contributing to more efficient railway operations. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
