{"id":20735,"date":"2026-05-08T13:53:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/transformamos-el-corazon-de-madrid\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T12:56:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T10:56:18","slug":"transforming-the-heart-of-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupoazvinews.com\/en\/transforming-the-heart-of-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Transforming the heart of Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The <strong>Plaza de Tirso de Molina<\/strong> redevelopment project, which <strong>Azvi<\/strong> is currently carrying out alongside <strong>Licuas<\/strong> through the <strong>Madrid Centro joint venture<\/strong>, recently received a <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/blog\/notas-de-prensa\/el-ayuntamiento-concluye-los-trabajos-de-rehabilitacion-de-la-plaza-de-tirso-de-molina-y-su-entorno\/\">visit from <strong>Paloma Garc\u00eda Romero<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Delegate for Public Works and Facilities at Madrid City Council<\/strong>, and <strong>Carlos Segura<\/strong>, <strong>Councillor for the city centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the delegate was able to see firsthand the progress of this key project aimed at improving the urban space, accompanied by <strong>Manuel Contreras Caro<\/strong>, <strong>President of Grupo Azvi<\/strong>; <strong>Carlos Puebla<\/strong>, <strong>Azvi Civil Works Delegate<\/strong>; and <strong>Ana Gal\u00e1n<\/strong>, <strong>Manager of the Madrid Centro Joint Venture<\/strong>, along with executives from Licuas.<\/p>\n<p>The project involves the comprehensive <strong>redevelopment <\/strong>of the square and its surrounding streets, with the goal of creating a more accessible, safer, and sustainable space that is better integrated into urban life.
