The event provided an opportunity to highlight the potential of the Salamanca Dry Port, recently awarded to our company for operation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our\u00a0colleague <strong>Jos\u00e9 Castellano\u00a0<\/strong>represented\u00a0Traccion\u00a0Rail\u00a0at\u00a0the event, which brought together the main players in the\u00a0logistics\u00a0and railway sectors to\u00a0analyse\u00a0the challenges and opportunities of intermodal transport.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This project\u00a0represents\u00a0a\u00a0significant\u00a0opportunity to boost rail freight\u00a0and strengthen Salamanca\u2019s role as a strategic\u00a0logistics\u00a0hub connecting the Iberian Peninsula and Portuguese ports.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The concession includes an investment of <strong>\u20ac5\u00a0million<\/strong>\u00a0to expand the terminal\u2019s storage capacity and\u00a0develop it into\u00a0a leading\u00a0logistics\u00a0platform.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In addition, future certification to\u00a0operate\u00a0in <strong>Portugal<\/strong> will help strengthen international freight\u00a0flows\u00a0and\u00a0open up\u00a0new\u00a0growth opportunities for\u00a0the terminal.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Proud to contribute to the future of more sustainable and competitive transport.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20922&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Traccion Rail \u00a0participated in SIL 2026, Barcelona\u2019s International Logistics Trade Fair.
