The cleaning service provided by Azsuma in the city of Jerez de la Frontera has received, according to the Urban Services Observatory (OSUR) barometer, the highest satisfaction rating in the country, alongside the city of La Coruña, and therefore the highest in Andalusia.
Among the evaluated activities are street cleaning and waste collection, which Azsuma has been carrying out since 2019 in collaboration with FCC Medioambiente and Equal.
The excellent work carried out by the UTE Jerez consortium has transformed the town from one of the municipalities with the poorest indicators into a benchmark in just three years, achieving 83% positive feedback in 2022.
Escoba de Oro Award
Just four months ago, the Jerez City Council was honored with the 2022 Escoba de Oro Award, which also recognized Azsuma’s cleaning service. Specifically, the Technical Association for Waste and Environmental Management (Ategrus), the awarding body, particularly valued “the implementation of manual sweeping with self-propelled electric tricycles, which have improved work efficiency and provided greater ergonomics for the operators.”
