Alfonso Budiño, General Manager of Cointer, Grupo Azvi’s concession company, participated in the Infrastructure conference “Connected Economy: Mobility, Data and Competitiveness in Spain” organised by OK Diario.
During his speech, Budiño addressed key issues such as the declining momentum of the public works concession model in Spain, the urgent need for promoting an infrastructure plan and the case for a stronger and more consistent public-private approach.
He also highlighted how other countries, such as Chile, have successfully adopted integrated models that balance cost-by-use principles and prioritise sustainable infrastructure.
At Grupo Azvi, we remain committed to innovative and sustainable models to drive the future of infrastructure.
