Azvi Norge’s tamping equipment, consisting of a tamping machine and a ballast profiler, has arrived in Norway to be used in the mechanized railway maintenance contract covering more than 2,000 km of Bane NOR’s rail network.
The machines are currently being adapted to the country’s railway signaling systems.
This milestone is part of Azvi’s implementation and expansion program in the Scandinavian railway market which, with this third contract in Norway, further strengthens its position as a global reference and expert in the railway sector.
