Yesterday we took part in #ESIEM26, a leading event that connects companies with the next generation of engineers, held at Seville University’s School of Engineering (ETSi). A day to inspire, learn, and connect with the talent that will shape the future of the profession.
Our colleagues María Vázquez and Cristóbal Guarino, from Grupo Azvi’s Talent Attraction team, joined Iván Antonio Delgado, Production Manager in Hydraulic Works, to present the career development opportunities at Grupo Azvi. They also outlined how initiatives such as our “Cantera Programme” give recent graduates the chance to join projects and grow professionally across different areas within the Group.
In addition, César Casanova García, Head of the Technical Office, addressed attendees on the application of engineering to new materials and industrial processes, giving an insight into the technical challenges we tackle at the company.
A day to keep connecting with young talent and to demonstrate how Grupo Azvi is committed to their training and professional development from the very start of their careers.
