To connect with these young professionals, we took part in the Caminos 2025 Employment Fair, an event designed to bring students and recent graduates together with leading companies in engineering and construction.
During the fair, María Vázquez, Grupo Azvi’s Talent Attraction Specialist, shared our vision, projects, and the professional opportunities we offer to help young engineers build their careers in the sector.
In addition, Eduardo Areitio, a Civil Engineer from the Risk and Contract Management Department, responsible for our international projects in Europe and the U.S., and a former UPM student himself, spoke with attendees about his experience and professional journey, inspiring the next generation.
