We celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work by recognising the importance of accident prevention.
At Grupo Azvi, we firmly believe that by working together, we can create a safer company that is a leader in prevention in its sector. That is why we have set ourselves a major objective : zero accidents at work and zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour.
To achieve this, we have structured a solid programme based on four key pillars:
- Management leadership in the company.
- Inspection and leadership on site.
- Promoting knowledge on site.
- The application of a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe behaviour.
The results speak for themselves. In just eight months, we have significantly reduced the frequency and severity of accidents.
We are grateful for the commitment of our management, site managers, supervisors and middle management, which has been fundamental in achieving these results and shows how deeply rooted the prevention culture is at Grupo Azvi.
