Grupo Azvi participates in PICRAH4.0, a new innovation project with artificial intelligence.

  • The aim of the project is to develop an intelligent platform for the remote management and coordination of robotic elements.

Grupo Azvi has recently participated in the launch of PICRAH4.0, a new innovation project that aims to develop an intelligent cybersecure platform capable of remotely managing and coordinating the simultaneous operation of multiple robotic elements from different manufacturers, with various features and capabilities. It will enable interoperability, not only among robotic platforms, but also with other assets present in production and logistics infrastructures, including human operators, through natural language, extending the full 4.0 concept to the field of mobility and autonomous robotics

Through the application of different AI techniques, approaches and algorithms, PICRAH4.0 will securely integrate all robotic movement and logistics processes identified in a production setting. By connecting these processes, it aims to create a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem that collectivelyleads to increased productivity and energy efficiency.

In this way, deep technologies that enable automated, adaptive and cyber-secure processes will be promoted. These are optimised in real time based on business logic and the variable conditions of the context and the operation itself, which is continuously monitored to feed the algorithm.

The application of this approach in proof-of-concept tests that will simulate a complex industrial environment equipped with 5G communication and a scenario of robotic and remote railway maintenance poses a technological challenge for the consortium and represents a differentiating value of this project.

Specifically, Grupo Azvi will promote the digitalisation of its railway infrastructure maintenance processes based on the use of the fleet of track machinery that carries out these works. In this regard, it will participate in the development of the cybersecurity platform so that it can be applied to railway infrastructure maintenance through the integration of innovative solutions that use data analysis, automation and real-time monitoring to improve the overall performance and reliability of its activities.

Grupo Azvi participates in this project in collaboration with various leading companies, technology centres and universities in the field of robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and industrial automation: Bosonit, project leader, DTA, 4i, Elliot Cloud, Panoimagen, Vodafone, CEIT, CATEC, Universidad Pablo de Olavide, UNIR and Universidad de Navarra.

  • CDTI boost to promote innovation and technological development

The PICRAH4.0 project has been subsidised by the Transmisiones 2023 funding call, resolved on 9 January by the Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), the State Research Agency (AEI) and the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) and has a grant of 5 million euros.
