We participated in the 5th Meeting of Andalusian Guidance Counsellors, organised by ADA-ITS and the ICADA Foundation

We participated in the 5th Meeting of Andalusian Guidance Counsellors, organised by ADA-ITS and ICADA Foundation,  where the key role of Vocational Training (VET) as a reliable path to employment was discussed.

Susana de la Fuente, Head of Training and Talent Development at Grupo Azvi, took part in a round table discussion on various topics, including:

  • The new Dual VET Law.
  • The importance of work experience tutors.
  • Bridging the gap between vocational training and secondary schools.
  • The demand for skilled workers by companies.

The conclusion drawn from the event was that vocational training must be reinforced, with the support of companies, institutions and training centres, to guarantee training that meets the demands of the labour market.

At Grupo Azvi, we remain committed to talent, training and the development of future professionals.

The meeting was also attended by Marta Morán, Director of Talent Management at MP Ascensores; Matilde Barroso Fuentes, HR Director at TRIGO Aerospace Defense &Rail; Cristina Aguacil Priego, Head of Recruitment and Development at Syrsa; Jose Antonio Moreno Meseguer, Managing Partner at MMC Consulting; Mariló García Ligero, HR Director at Grupo AVISA; Santiago M.
