Our Chief Legal Officer, Borja Rodríguez, participated in the roundtable “Experiences in Good Practices in Governance,” alongside Juan Luis Pantoja Puyana, CEO of Pantoja Grupo Logístico, and moderated by Antonio Pérez Carreño, AENOR’s Regional Director for Andalusia and Extremadura.
During his intervention, Borja focused on the importance of good corporate governance as a fundamental pillar for ensuring that company governing bodies , regardless of size, lead with a focus on achieving business objectives while upholding principles such as medium- and long-term sustainability, responsibility, loyalty, and due diligence, not only for the benefit of the organizations themselves, but also for all their stakeholders.
