Azvi’s Building area will begin the construction ofa housing estate in the Entrenúcleos area, Dos Hermanas, Seville.
This new estate, promoted by the developer Nozar, comprises 169 homes with patios/ balconies, parking spaces, pre-installation for electric car charging, storage rooms, and interior landscaping with gardens, swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and a gym.
With the start of this new housing development, Azvi re-enters the residential building sector in Seville, consolidating the company’s Building area, fulfilling the objectives set out in its strategic plan and continuing with the line of growth initiated five years ago.
During this time, Azvi Edificación has completed the construction of five residential developments with a total of 272 homes and is currently carrying out two more residential developments, with a total of 145 homes, all of them in the province of Madrid.
