Yesterday, we had the honour of welcoming the Minister for the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration of the Community of Madrid, Miguel Ángel García Martín, to the Ciudad de la Justicia construction site in Madrid, where Azvi is executing Lot 1 in consortium with OHLA and Rover.
The Regional Minister highlighted the scale of this project, which will become the largest judicial complex in the world, with more than 470,000 m² of built space.
Lot 1, in which Azvi is participating, is the most advanced part of the project:
🔹 Works started in October 2025.
🔹 Currently in the earthworks and foundation phase.
🔹 It will house the High Court of Justice of Madrid and the Provincial Court.
🔹 It will include the main access square and a public car park.
This project will consolidate26 judicial courts from across Madrid in Valdebebas, creating a modern, accessible, digital and efficient environment.
We continue making progress on a key infrastructure for the future of Justice in Madrid.
