Azvi continues working on the new Barbate Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), a key infrastructure project for water management in the area.
Works on the pumped rising main from Barbate to the WWTP, located in the El Cañillo area have now been completed. Meanwhile the pumping line from Zahara de los Atunes is nearing completion, with gravity sewers and pipe jacking works already executed.
In addition:
- The civil works for the biological reactor, secondary settlement tanks, thickener, treated effluent tank, and distribution chamber have been completed.
- The precast columns and building enclosures are currently progressing.
- Civil works for the tertiary treatment facilities, preliminary treatment area, and control building are underway.
