Alfonso Budiño, General Manager of Cointer Concesiones, took part in the annual infrastructure, investment and financing congress, INVESTructuras 2025, organized by IFAES.
Budiño joined the “C-Level Perspectives” panel, a roundtable that brought together leading executives from the concession sector to discuss the current national and international market landscape, investment strategies and risks, and the impact of geopolitical and economic factors.
During the discussion, participants also addressed the challenges facing the current concession model, the need to promote collaborative frameworks between the public and private sectors, and the importance of advancing towards sustainable and regenerative infrastructure.
Moderated by Karolina Mlodzik, Partner in Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory at Deloitte, the roundtable also featured Javier Martín Rivas, General Manager of Globalvia; Diego Marín, CEO of Acciona Concesiones; Pablo Abril-Martorell Hernández, Business Development and Contracting Director at Sacyr Concesiones; and Carlos Martínez García-Loygorri, Administrator of Cyopsa Sisocia.
