Construcciones Urales and Cupisa took part in the 9th Employment Fair 2026 at the Faculty of Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), an event designed to bring the construction and infrastructure sector closer to students and recent graduates through informative talks and professional panels, creating a space for dialogue about entering the jobs market and the challenges facing the sector.
During the fair, Mariana Ávila, Human Resources Director at Construcciones Urales, together with Yordana Schrader, Recruitment Manager, and Fabián Reyes, Recruitment Analyst, were on hand to, answer attendees’ questions and shared information about professional opportunities and career development within the company.
