The service stations in Conil de la Frontera and Algeciras (Cádiz), managed by Cointer Energía, have been acknowledged as some of the best in the BP network in Spain, as part of the energy company’s Helios100 programme.
Specifically, the Conil service area was ranked ninth, while the Algeciras service area was ranked 18th, thanks to its “operational excellence and customer service”.
These results stem from rigorous evaluations carried out by BP using the “mystery shopper” method. This confidential and unannounced approach allows for an unbiased assessment of various aspects such as station operations, customer service and the overall condition of the station.
The managers of both areas, María José Gómez Mariñas in Conil and Alejandro Serra Montedeoca in Algeciras, received the well-deserved recognition. Huge congratulations to our colleagues!
