Azvi continues to make progress on the construction of the San Sebastián metro bypass

At Pasaia station, we are completing the construction of the screens, carrying out the excavation using a hydro-cutter.

In the tunnel, the excavation and support of the 334-metre-long evacuation and ventilation gallery has been completed. In total, more than 800 metres of the 830 metres needed to reach Pasaia station have been excavated using a cutter, given the particular characteristics of the terrain.

We are proud to contribute to improving mobility for thousands of people through the construction of this section of the San Sebastián metro, together with Comsa, Nortúnel and Campezo Obras y Servicios for Euskal Trenbide Sarea – Basque Railway Network (ETS).
