Azvi, in collaboration with OHLA and Rover, will undertake Lot 1 of, one of the most ambitious projects in the Community of Madrid.
- The project will consolidate the judicial headquarters, currently scattered throughout the capital, into a single complex in the Valdebebas district.
- It will be the largest judicial complex in the world, with a built-up area of 470,000 m2.
- The facility will be fully digital and 100% accessible to people with disabilities.
- Areas will be reserved for future expansion of the complex over the next 40 years.
