Let’s take a look at the construction of the Las Angosturas bypass that Azvi is carrying out on the A-333 road in Priego de Córdoba.
One of the components of this project is the viaduct spanning the Salado river. Measuring a total 112 m in length, it is, divided into three spans of 37.85m, 42m and 32m.
The deck is composed of two 2 metrehigh trough-type beams and a 30 cm thick concrete slab.
The construction of the 5.6 km long Las Angosturas bypass will eliminate the existing winding route, providing a safer alternative for all users.
You can explore the concreting process of the viaduct’s deck in this video.
