We continue to make progress on Sevilla Metro Line 3 with the arrival of a new diaphragm walling rig to support the works on subsection 2, between Los Mares and San Lázaro, which Azvi is executing in partnership with Dragados and Martín Casillas.
This new equipment significantly increases production, speeding up the execution of the diaphragm walls that will support the future tunnel, built using the “cut&cover” technique to minimise the impact on the surface.
Current status of the work:
- The diversion of the SE-30, a key action to start the connection with Section I, has been completed.
- In Dr. Fedriani Street, work is being carried out to divert affected services, an essential preliminary step before starting construction of the guide walls.
